The important things are you have given it for free on your own freewill to people. so they are free too to choose whether they give it back to you or not.
Focus on give and take. Not take and give. Give such things to the people that brings some positive changes in them. It is different than materialistic things.
The only thing I wanted in return and thought I had a was love and respect, turned out, I had neither and I dont know WHY!!!! It’s been years and still hurts deeply.
No but there are people who do have a good heart like mine and those are the people I'm in search for I'm done with toxic.
