WHATEVER IT TAKES



I've been listening to you for 6 months now. I was ready for change- 45, 60 pounds overweight, alcoholic, smoker, unmotivated...and I started getting up at 5 am, putting on my sneakers and walking out the door. " little things become big things over time." I couldn't even walk 2 miles at first, but I got up every morning and did it.


6 months later I can run 5 miles every morning. I weight 120 pounds, I am a nonsmoker and a nondrinker, and those little things have indeed turned onto the big things. Discipline is what got me here when I had no motivation.

So thank you, Eddie! You have the ability to change lives and I thank you for sharing your gift with the world. We are never to old to take back our power over our own lives.
I run up every hill I see.
